【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandrequirementsforcomponentssuchaspipes,fittingsandvalvesmadefromoneofthefollowingmaterials:—polybutene(PB);—polyethylene(PE);—polypropylene(PP);intendedtobeusedforthermoplasticspipingsystemsinabove-groundindustrialapplications.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPB,PEorPPpipes,fittings,valvesandancillaryequipment,totheirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterials,dependingontheirsuitability,intendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofliquidandgaseousfluidsaswellasofsolidmatterinfluidsforindustrialapplicationssuchas:—chemicalplants;—industrialsewerageengineering;—powerengineering(coolingandgeneral-purposewatersupply);—electroplatingandpicklingplants;—thesemiconductorindustry;—agriculturalproductionplants;—watertreatment.NOTE1Whererelevant,nationalregulationsforspecificapplications(e.g.watertreatment)apply.OtherapplicationareasarepermittediftherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardand/orapplicablenationalrequirementsarefulfilled.Relevantregulationsinrespectoffirebehaviourandexplosionriskareapplicableifapplicationsareenvisagedforinflammablemedia.Thecomponentshavetowithstandthemechanical,thermalandchemicaldemandstobeexpectedandhavetoberesistanttothefluidstobeconveyed.Characteristicsandrequirementswhichareapplicabletoallthreematerials(PB,PEandPP)arecoveredbytherelevantclausesofthisInternationalStandard.Thosecharacteristicsandrequirementswhicharedependentonthematerialaregivenforeachmaterialintherelevantannex(seeTable1).NOTE2Componentsconformingtoanyoftheproductstandardslistedinthebibliographyortonationalstandards,asapplicable,maybeusedwithcomponentsconformingtothisInternationalStandardprovidedtheyconformtotherequirementsforjointdimensionsandtotheotherrelevantrequirementsofthisstandard.
