【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallspecificsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttowheelandcrawlerdumpersasdefinedinENISO6165-2006,includingcompactdumpers,andcompactwithstandingoperatorwhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).TherequirementsofthispartarecomplementarytocommonrequirementsformulatedinEN474-1-2006.ThisdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1-2006,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationfordumpers.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofdumpers.TheEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletodumpers,manufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
