【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsrelatingtosafetyofpersonsandproperty(butnotgoodsinstorage)andthelocalandglobalenvironmentfor:a)stationaryandmobilerefrigeratingsystemsofallsizes,includingheatpumps;b)secondarycoolingorheatingsystems;c)locationoftheserefrigeratingsystems.NOTE1ForsecondaryheatingorcoolingsystemschargedwithanyrefrigerantslistedinAnnexEthechargelimitationsofpart1(AnnexC)apply.Forrefrigeratingsystemswithalimitedmassofrefrigerantonlysomeofthepartsandclausesareapplicable.TheexceptionsaredefinedinthescopeandtheclausesofeachpartofEN378.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletorefrigeratingsystemswithairorwaterasrefrigerant.SystemsusingrefrigerantsotherthanthoselistedinAnnexEarenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandardaslongasasafetyclassisnotassigned.NOTE2ForthesafetyclassificationofrefrigerantfluidsnotincludedinAnnexE,seeAnnexF.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthehazardsmentionedintheintroduction.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletonewrefrigeratingsystemsandmodificationofexistingrefrigeratingsystemsincasethetypeofrefrigerantchangedorpressurevesselsarereplaced.Thepartdealingwithmaintenance,repair,operation,recovery,reuseanddisposalalsoappliestoexistingsystems.PartiesresponsibleforexistingrefrigeratingsystemsshouldconsiderthesafetyandenvironmentalaspectsofthisEuropeanStandardandimplementthemorestringentrequirementssofarastheyarereasonablypracticable.Directive94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
