【摘要】:1Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsforthematerials,design,fabrication,erection,testingandinspectionofsitebuilt,vertical,cylindrical,flatbottomed,aboveground,welded,steeltanksforthestorageofliquidsatambienttemperaturesandabove,andthetechnicalagreementsthatneedtobereached(seeAnnexA).Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytotankswheretheproductisrefrigeratedtomaintainitasaliquidatatmosphericpressure(seeprEN14620).Thisdocumentisconcernedwiththestructuralintegrityofthebasictankstructureanddoesnotproviderequirementsforconsideringprocessdesign,operationalissues,safetyandfirefightingfacilities,in-serviceinspection,maintenanceorrepair.TheseaspectsarecoveredindetailinotherCodesofPractice(seeAnnexB).2Thisdocumentappliestoclosed-toptanks,withandwithoutinternalfloatingcovers(seeAnnexC)andopen-toptanks,withandwithoutfloatingroofs(seeAnnexesDandE).Itdoesnotapplyto'lift-type'gasholders.3Thisdocumentappliestostoragetankswiththefollowingcharacteristics:a)designpressurelessthan500mbaranddesigninternalnegativepressurenotlowerthan20mbar(see5.1forpressurelimitations);b)designmetaltemperaturenotlowerthan-40℃andnothigherthan+300℃(see5.2.2);c)maximumdesignliquidlevelnothigherthanthetopofthecylindricalshell.4Thelimitsofapplicationofthisdocumentterminateatthefollowinglocations.—faceofthefirstflangeinaboltedflangeconnection;—firstthreadedjointonthepipeorcouplingoutsideofthetankshell,rooforbottom;—firstcircumferentialjointinapipenothavingaflangeconnection.5Thisdocumentisapplicabletosteeltankswithamaximumdesignstrength≤260N/mm.6Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirements,thisdocumentalsorequirestheitemsdetailedinAnnexAtobedocumented.Forcompliancewiththisdocument,boththedefinitiverequirementsandthoserequiredinClause4havetobesatisfied.note:1)Allpressuresareinmbargaugeunlessotherwisestated.
