【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidestherequirementsforsubsurfacebarriervalvesandrelatedequipmentastheyaredefinedhereinforuseinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Includedaretherequirementsfordesign,designvalidation,manufacturing,functionalevaluation,repair,redress,handlingandstorage.Subsurfacebarriervalvesprovideameansofisolatingtheformationorcreatingabarrierinthetubulartofacilitatetheperformanceofpre-and/orpost-production/injectionoperationalactivitiesinthewell.Thesubsurfacebarriervalveisnotdesignedasanemergencyorfail-safeflowcontrollingsafetydevice.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcoverinstallationandmaintenance,controlsystemssuchascomputersystems,andcontrolconduitsnotintegraltothebarriervalve.AlsonotincludedareproductscoveredunderISO17078,ISO16070,ISO14310,ISO10432,ISO10423andthefollowingproducts:downholechokes,wellheadplugs,slidingsleeves,casing-mountedflow-controlvalves,injectionvalves,well-condition-activatedvalvesordrill-stemtesttools.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcovertheconnectionstothewellconduit.
