【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecoversthekeyfactorstoconsiderinestimatingtheeffectivenessofcontainmentandrecoverysystemsthatmaybeusedtoassistinthecontrolofoilspillsonwater.1.2Thepurposeofthisguideistoprovidetheuserwithinformationonassessingtheeffectiveuseofspill-cleanupequipment.Itisintendedforusebythoseinvolvedinplanningforandrespondingtooilspills.1.3Sectionsofthisguidedescribecalculationproceduresforestimatingrecoverysystemeffectiveness.Itshouldbeunderstoodthatanysuchcalculationscannotbeexpectedtopredictsystemperformance,butareintendedtoprovideacommonbasisforcomparingsystemperformance.1.4Oneofthemainreasonsthatthecalculationprocedurescannotbeusedtopredictsystemperformanceisthattheanalysisissensitivetoassumptionsmadeonthepropertiesoftheoilslick,andparticularlythechangesinslickthicknessandemulsification.Itisemphasizedthatthepurposeofthisguideisnottoprovideastandardmethodforestimatingslickpropertychanges,butrathertoprovideastandardguideforusingthatinformationincomparingsystemperformance.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO12058specifiesthegeneralprinciplesofamethod,usinganinclined-tubefalling-ballviscometer,fordeterminingtheviscosityofpolymersandresinsintheliquidemulsifiedordispersedstate.Itisintendedforapplicationtoliquidsoveraviscositymeasurementrangeof0,6mPa·sto250000mPa·s(temperaturerange-20℃to+120℃)forwhichtheshearstressandshearrateareproportional,i.e.theviscosityisindependentoftheshearrate.ThisidealbehaviouriscommonlyknownasNewtonianbehaviour.Ifaliquiddifferssignificantlyfromthisbehaviour,differentresultsmaybeobtainedwiththedifferentballsofafalling-ballviscometerorfromviscometerswithdifferentgeometries,suchascapillaryandrotationalviscometers.
