【摘要】:Thisstandardcoverstheessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsforthedesignofreactionmouldingplantwiththeexceptionofmeteringandmixingunits(fortheseseepart1).Thesignificantandspecifichazardsarelistedinclause4andaredealtwithinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcovercompletelythehazardsarisingfromtheuseofhighlyflammableadditives,forexamplepentaneusedasablowingagent(see4.3),becausethesehazardsdependtoalargeextentontheadditivesandprocessused.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsduetonoisegeneratedbythecuttingunit,whichistheonlysignificantsourceofnoiseatsuchplant.Thisstandarddoesnotcovertherequirementsforthedesignofexhaustsystems.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsarisingfromtheassemblyofseparateunitsnotsuppliedatthesametimebythesamemanufacturer.Thisstandardappliestoreactionmouldingplantmanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisstandard.NOTE:Directive94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
