【摘要】:Themajorportionofcarbonblackconsumedbytherubberindustryisusedtoimprovethephysicalproperties,lifeexpectancy,andutilityofrubberproducts.ThesetestmethodsprovideanSBRrecipeanddirectionsforevaluatingalltypesofcarbonblackintendedforuseinrubberproducts.OtherproceduresareavailableelsewhereintheASTMstandardsfortheevaluationofcarbonblackitself.Thesetestmethodsmaybeusedtocharacterizecarbonblackintermsofspecificpropertiesofthestandardcompound.Thesetestmethodsareusefulforthequalityassuranceofcarbonblackproduction.Theymayalsobeusedforthepreparationofreferencecompounds,toconfirmtheday-to-dayreliabilityoftestingoperationsusedintherubberindustry,fortheevaluationofexperimentalcompounds,andqualitycontrolofproductioncompounds.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthestandardmaterials,testformula,mixingprocedure,andtestmethodsfortheevaluationandproductioncontrolofcarbonblacksinstyrenebutadienerubber(SBR).1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
