【摘要】:ThispartofISO16528definestheperformancerequirementsfortheconstructionofboilersandpressurevessels.ItisnottheintentofthispartofISO16528toaddressoperation,maintenanceandin-serviceinspectionofboilersandpressurevessels.Inrelationtothegeometryofthepressure-containingpartsforpressurevessels,thescopeofthispartofISO16528includesthefollowing:a)weldingendconnectionforthefirstcircumferentialjointforweldedconnections;b)firstthreadedjointforscrewedconnections;c)faceofthefirstflangeforbolted,flangedconnections;d)firstsealingsurfaceforproprietaryconnectionsorfittings;e)safetyaccessories,wherenecessary.Inrelationtothegeometryofpressure-containingpartsforboilers,thescopeofthispartofISO16528coversthefollowing:f)feedwaterinlet(includingtheinletvalve)tosteamoutlet(includingtheoutletvalve),includingallinter-connectingtubingthatcanbeexposedtoariskofoverheatingandcannotbeisolatedfromthemainsystem;g)associatedsafetyaccessories;h)connectionstotheboilersinvolvedinservices,suchasdraining,venting,desuperheating,etc.ThispartofISO16528doesnotapplyfornuclearcomponents,railwayandmarineboilers,gascylindersorpipingsystemsormechanicalequipment,e.g.turbineandmachinerycasings.
