【摘要】:ThispartofIEC143coversprotectiveequipmentforseriescapacitorbanks,withasizelargerthan10Mvarperphase.Protectiveequipmentisdefinedasthemaincircuitappa-ratusandancillaryequipment,whicharepartofaseriescapacitorinstallation,butwhichareexternaltothecapacitorpartitself.TherecommendationsforthecapacitorpartaregiveninIEC143.Theprotectiveequipmentismentionedinclauses1.3and7.6ofIEC143.Theprotectiveequipment,treatedinthisstandard,comprisesthefollowingitemslistedbelow.-overvoltageprotector,-protectivesparkgap,-non-linearresistor(varistor),-by-passcircuit-breaker,-disconnectors,-current-limitingdampingequipment,-dischargereactor,-voltagetransformer,-currenttransformer,-signalcolumn,-relayprotection,controlequipmentandplatformtogroundcommunicationequipment.Seefigure1.Principlesinvolvedintheapplicationandoperationofseriescapacitorsaregiveninsection3.Examplesoffaultscenariosaregiveninsection3.Examplesofprotectiveschemesutilizingdifferentovervoltageprotectorsaregiveninclause2.1.NOTE-Capacitorfusesarenottreatedinthisstandard,sincetheyaretreatedinIEC143andIEC595.Theobjectofthisstandardis:-toformulateuniformrulesregardingperformance,testingandrating,-toillustratedifferentkindsofovervoltageprotectors,-toprovideaguideforinstallationandoperation.
